We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refund any order before delivery, even after payment, in the event of:

- Shipping restrictions;

33. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on the website are in EURO and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable value-added taxes (VAT) depending on your region. This will be clearly indicated at checkout.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice;
- Promotional or discount pricing may be available only for limited periods;
RootsGuard is not responsible for currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges imposed by your payment provider. - If your delivery address is outside of our shipping origin country, you may be subject to additional import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are assessed by your local authorities and are your sole responsibility.
RootsGuard has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount or timing. It is your duty as the importer of record to be aware of and comply with your country’s import regulations.
We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices if caused by technical errors or tampering.
34. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers, coupons, or discount codes:
- Must be used in accordance with their stated terms;
- Cannot be combined unless expressly allowed;
- Are limited to one per customer unless otherwise specified;
- Are valid only during the promotional period or until revoked.
RootsGuard reserves the right to cancel, alter, or reject any promotion without liability, especially in the event of abuse, misuse, or unintended duplication.
35. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch products within the estimated timeframes stated at checkout, but these are not guaranteed.
- Shipping timelines are approximate and may vary based on destination, courier service, customs processing, or external events (e.g., strikes, weather);
- RootsGuard is not liable for delays beyond our control once the item has been handed over to the shipping provider;
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
In the event of a failed delivery:
- You may be charged re-delivery or return fees;
- After multiple failed attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a partial refund, excluding shipping costs.
36. Title and Risk Transfer
Ownership of goods and risk of loss transfers to you:
- Upon successful delivery to your provided shipping address;
- Or, if using your own carrier, upon dispatch from our facility.
After this point, RootsGuard is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Insurance claims for damaged or missing goods must be made directly with the shipping provider unless otherwise agreed.
37. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
RootsGuard accepts returns and issues refunds in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. In general, customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in that policy. Returns are accepted for eligible products purchased directly from our official website, and certain items may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons. 38. Wholesale / Unauthorized Reseller Policy
RootsGuard products are intended for personal, individual use only unless a formal wholesale or distribution agreement is in place.
You may not:
- Resell, repackage, relabel, or distribute RootsGuard products without written authorization;
- Use any RootsGuard branding or marketing materials for commercial purposes;
- Represent yourself as an affiliate, distributor, or partner without an agreement.
Any resale or redistribution of products outside of authorized channels:
- Voids all warranties;
- May result in legal action;
- Confirms that RootsGuard is not liable for any misuse, damage, or injury caused by third-party handling.
39. Fraud Prevention, Refund Abuse & Chargeback Protection
To maintain fairness and security for all customers, RootsGuard actively monitors purchasing activity and reserves the right to take action against any form of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent conduct relating to orders, refunds, or payment disputes.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider after receiving the product without attempting to resolve the issue directly with RootsGuard;
- Repeatedly purchasing and returning products without valid reason (“refund abuse”);
- Claiming non-receipt of products that have been delivered, as evidenced by valid tracking and delivery confirmation;
- Providing false or misleading personal, billing, or shipping information;
- Using stolen payment credentials or engaging in identity fraud;
- Any other attempt to defraud RootsGuard or manipulate our refund, delivery, or promotional policies.
RootsGuard reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account associated with suspicious or abusive behavior and to cancel current or future orders without notice.
2. Right to Withhold Refunds
If RootsGuard reasonably suspects refund abuse, chargeback fraud, or other deceptive conduct, we reserve the right to withhold refunds, deny further purchases, or require additional verification before processing returns or payments.
We may also retain the right to deduct incurred processing fees, shipping expenses, or administrative costs from any refund where such abuse is identified.
3. Chargeback Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback for an order that was fulfilled and delivered as described, you may be liable for:
- The full order amount;
- Banking and administrative fees incurred by RootsGuard during the dispute;
